Privacy policy defines how we collect, process and store your personal information, as well as its legal aspects and management. We are fully committed to approaching your personal data seriously and work hard to protect it.

This privacy policy extends to the websites https://antidetect.online, including subdomains.

By accepting this policy, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.

As you use the website, we without notice collect the following information about you:

- IP address,
- User Agent,
- the contents of a request
- and some technical data such as the time of the request, SSL version, ID of request, referrer and other.

User Agent is the information sent by your browser to the website which includes the data about the version of the browser, operating system, language.

The collection of technical information, including User Agent and IP addresses, is required for the correct processing of requests to the server, correct display of the website and ensuring the safety of users and the server. The data about the language of your browser allows us to offer you the version of the website that you are comfortable to use.

You are connected to our servers only via an encrypted HTTPS connection that assures that the data we receive is encrypted. This data and backups are stored on the server of the hosting provider Digital Ocean in the Netherlands.

The gathered information is stored as a log of connections for three months, this period is conditioned by the security and website performance maintenance requirements. For instance, if the website gets attacked, this data will allow us to work out an effective protection strategy. If we get a customer’s complaint about the website’s performance, we will be able to analyze the logs for errors and resolve the issue.

The log of connections to the website which includes your IP address on the primary server is stored for three months.

For licencing our software we are using keygen.sh (https://keygen.sh/). The information about activation key purchase includes the following:

- IP address,
- selected country,
- selected payment method,
- email,
- order status,
- the data received from payment aggregator,
- the date and time of order creation,
- the date and time of receiving data from payment aggregator,
- the number of the issued activation key.

This information is stored for six months and is required for order processing and management.

The collected data may be used for gathering statistics with the intention of improving our products and services. We use the collected statistical information to track how users interact with our websites.

To guard against DDoS, we use a cloud-based solution CloudFlare that defends against denial-of-service attacks and can also collect information about the visitors of our website. Use this link to become familiar with CloudFlare’s Privacy Policy.

Our websites use web analytics tools, the information they collect is defined by the Cookies and Web Analytics technologies policy.

When you contact the customer support and software license management service, you may need to provide your name/nickname or/and email.

We use a third-party service from UserEcho, LLC to process the data we receive through the contacts forms you fill out on our website.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal information through the UserEcho service are defined by Privacy Policy.

To process emails, we use the email client Protonmail. You can become familiar with how Protonmail collects, processes and stores information in their Privacy Policy.

Your payment information is processed by payment services. When you make a purchase, you will be offered to become familiar with the Privacy Policy of the payment service.

The collection and storage of information by the software we developed are defined by their license agreements a user accepts when installing an application.

Any information provided to us is used only for fulfilling your order or the task for which it was provided to us. We do not share and do not sell your personal information, except for the cases specified by the current agreement.

All the data gathered about you is your property. The law entitles you to request the information collected about you from us or demand we delete it. To facilitate that, you need to send a request to the customer support via Telegram. We will process your request within 14 (fourteen) work days and fulfill it.

Once the data are completely removed, further use of the license is rendered impossible. We reserve the right to save anonymous information. This data can be used for preventing illicit activity.

We can make changes to this agreement, just as linked services can also make changes to their privacy policies. The new privacy policy is effective as soon as it is published.

Antidetect systems is not responsible for the operation of third-party services, including but not limited to the customer support service, payment processing, and web analytics services.
